Our Solid Braid Polyester is a high quality, USA made Polyester. Stays firm over pulleys but still very flexible. Polyester has a less stretch than a nylon rope, and has great UV resistance. Also, the braid is fairly tight to ensure excellent abrasion resistance. This rope meets Federal Specification MIL-C-43256. This is a great rope for a flagpole or general utility application.
