Shrink wrap handles on both ends of the rope for easy grip. Rope comes with a 1' section of protective sleeve to increase the abrasion resistance and ensure long lasting life of your jump rope.

Rope length is based on customer height. If you are 6' or taller, you are better off going with a 9.9' Rope and if you are shorter than 6' it is recommended to go with the 9.2'.
